Geisha — Native to the Gori forest of south-west Ethiopia, introduced to Panama via Costa Rica in the 1960s and made famous by Hacienda La Esmeralda at the 2004 Best of Panama - the price benchmark of specialty coffee.

Flavor Profile

Signature jasmine aromatics with bergamot, white peach and honey sweetness; bright, delicate acidity, a tea-like clean finish and a light body.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92°C, 1:15 ratio, medium-fine grind, staged pours to keep clarity and sweetness.
