An unusual Indian line carrying arabica, robusta and liberica heritage all at once, from Devamachy, a spontaneous Robusta x Arabica hybrid, crossed with S.333, a liberica-introgressed selection. Mass selection targeted yield, rust tolerance and vigour. Pungent and intense: nuts, spice and heavy caramel with almost no acidity and a very thick body, built for espresso and milk drinks.

Flavor Profile

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 88-90 °C, 1:14, medium grind with slow pours, keeping bitterness out while staying full-bodied.
