It follows the same high-yielding, rust-resistant template as its F1 siblings. Citrus, white flowers and honey with bright acidity, clean structure and an airy tea-like finish.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92 °C, 1:15-1:16, medium-fine grind with a brisk first pour, to lift florals and bright acidity.
