Part of the second wave of Central American F1 releases. Citrus and white flowers with honey sweetness, bright fine acidity and a clean cup that stays clear in both filter and cold brew.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92 °C, 1:15-1:16, medium-fine grind with a brisk first pour, to lift florals and bright acidity.
